When you place an order we collect your brand or product name, your website URL, your email address, your chosen theme word, and your selected video format. This information is provided directly by you via our order form.
We also collect payment information via Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use your information solely to fulfil your order — that means creating your video ad and delivering it to you via Google Drive. We will contact you at the email address you provide to send your Drive link and any essential order communications.
We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to process your payment via Stripe.
We retain your order information for a reasonable period for business record-keeping purposes. Google Drive delivery links are active for 7 days from the date of sending, after which access is revoked.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, or to request deletion of your data. To make any such request, contact us at orders@scrollscrollstop.com.
