Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order and completing payment you agree to be bound by these terms.
Scroll Scroll Stop provides a single productised video advertising service. For a flat fee of $197 USD, we produce one short-form video advertisement based solely on the brand name, website URL, theme word, and video format provided at the time of order. No creative brief, mood board, or additional instructions are accepted or considered.
The service includes exactly one video. No revisions, amendments, or alternate versions are provided under any circumstances. The creative direction is entirely at our discretion. By ordering you acknowledge and accept this condition.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed, regardless of your satisfaction with the delivered video. This no-refund policy is a fundamental and explicit condition of the service, reflected in the pricing. If this condition is not acceptable to you, please do not place an order.
Your completed video will be delivered via a Google Drive shared link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery will occur within 5 business days of payment being received. The Google Drive link will remain active for 7 days from the date it is sent. It is your responsibility to download the file within this period. We are not obligated to reissue expired links, though we may do so at our discretion for a reissue fee.
Videos are delivered as MP4 files at 1080p resolution in the format selected at checkout — either Vertical 9:16 or Landscape 16:9. Duration will be as selected (6 seconds or 15 seconds). No other formats or specifications are available.
Upon delivery and receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered video for commercial advertising purposes, including paid social media advertising. We retain the right to use the video in our own portfolio and promotional materials unless you notify us in writing that you object to this.
You are responsible for ensuring that the brand name, website URL, and any other information you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. We accept no liability for content created based on information you have provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scroll Scroll Stop's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order ($197 USD). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of or inability to use the delivered video.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
